To import videos from your hard drive into your library, go to the "File" menu and choose "Import a folder". That will find all the content supported by Pump contained in the folder itself but also in all its subfolders and add it to your Pump library.
To import videos one by one, choose "Import a file" in the "File" menu instead. Then browse to the individual file you want to import.
You can also choose to simply play a track with the command "Open...". The track won't be added to your library in this case.
With Pump, you can easily import tracks from your iTunes library into your Pump library. Pump will directly import properties and ratings, so all your work to organize your content will be saved.
To do so, go to the "File" menu and choose "Import an iTunes database".
Pump allows you to access your YouTube videos directly into Pump.
To do so, go to the "Edit" menu and choose "Preferences". Then select the "Account" tab where you can enter your YouTube login and click on "Sign in". Two additional nodes will appear in the navigation tree with your Youtube videos and favorites.
